FSU is a good school... Miami is ranked higher than probably half...


of their fellow ACC universities depending on what publication(s) you follow. There wasn't a questionable addition to the ACC in terms of academics since the mid 70s until Louisville came along. Even then, UL isn't a horrible school unless you buy into the ACC snobbery. UL is very similar to VCU, Cincinnati, ECU, JMU and WVU in terms of academic prestige... nothing to be ashamed of. I'd have no problem sending my kids to any of those universities.

That said, I wish we added WVU instead of UL. I just don't trust UL's motives in college sports and probably never will.
